The book: Is “Theology of The Body For Beginners” by Christopher West a good book to learn Theology of Body? It is according to Catholic moral?

I have not read it, but it has been effective in helping youths grasp some basics about the dignity of the human body and the genders. I have heard some quibbles about some of his work. Off-hand, I know of this essay from Dr. Alice von Hildebrand who believed his take to be overly sexual. Life Site News also had a story. In 2009 West responded to some critiques. In Catholic theology circles, my perception is that West’s account is decent, maybe good, but not great.

I went to a catholic conference years ago and they had a lecture on it. I found the concept enlightening. I always ment to read the book but never got around to it. I don’t see how it would be a bad thing I think John Paul actually promoted it at one point or the concept at least.

you can preview his work by downloading one of his talks on “Marriage and the Eucharist” here…

I learned some things from this talk. It was a different way of thinking about the subject of sexuality and how it all ties in with our spiritual life. Give it a listen and see what you think!
