Is the Antichrist born yet?

As dumb as a question like this sounds, is there a possibility that the Antichrist is born yet? Is there a potential of him coming to power in our generation?

According to Scripture, the Church Fathers, and approved private revelations, we’re nowhere near the antichrist.
 
Any quotes or such from the Church Fathers regarding this?
 
Sorry to go a bit off topic: I find it interesting that teaching on the anti-Christ, anti-messiah, et. al is found also in other religions, such as Islam and Hinduism.

There are way too many to sit here and type them out all for you. You can consult google (although isolated quotes, out of context, aren’t usually helpful).
I’m sure there are others, but many think the book “Trial, Tribulation and Triumph: Before, During, and After Antichrist,” by Desmond Birch, is the best on the subject. Very well organized. And he only uses Scripture, Church Fathers, and approved private revelations.
 
No one knows. The only thing we can be sure is that the antichrist died and his name was emperor nero.
