Genesis 4:17 “Cain had intercourse with his wife: she conceived and gave birth to Enoch…”

Where did Cain’s wife come from? How do strict Bible believers explain the sudden appearance of this woman if Adam & Eve and their two sons were the first humans?

Is this proof of the Catholic’s stand that there is evolution through God?
