He’s going to be waiting a long time. There’s a lot of them.I also know at least one person who plans to just wait until all the baby boomers die. He thinks that’ll drive prices down enough to help.
I think it is less waiting for them all to die and more waiting for them to start dying off or needing to leave their homes for assisted living. His theory is that it will drive the high-housing-price bubble to burst. He’s just not sure if he can wait that long. He’s going to be waiting a long time. There’s a lot of them.
I think we should propose a new version of Godwin’s Law. I’ll call it the Hypergenesis Law:Seattle, Portland, SF Bay Area, San Jose, LA, etc. are one big Sodom and Gomorrah.
And of course its corollary:The longer a discussion about major West Coast cities among conservatives lasts, the greater likelihood said cities will be compared to Sodom and/or Gomorrah.
Seriously, re-read the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. These cities are nowhere near as bad as those two were.Such a comparison renders the full comment null and void.
Nothing that ‘assisted suicide’ and ‘right to die’ laws supported by the liberal’s culture of death can’t fix. He’s going to be waiting a long time. There’s a lot of them.
