Understanding Scrupulosity is an excellent resource on the topic. The author, Fr. Thomas M. Santa, has been a guest on Catholic Answers Live and he contributed Thoughts That Will Not Go Away: Scrupulosity and How to Overcome It to This Rock magazine.
