Is the Catholic Church the true church?

Why are there 5 patriarchies in Antioch. And in other cities there’s a couple of patriarchies. The weird thing is why are there 3 patriarchies of the same church in Antioch. Catholic have 3 patriarches in Antioch. Why coundnt there have been 1 patriarch. This would have been so simple. Reunification of the churches would Almost be impossible because of this.
