Is the Church unkind to “self-identified persons” other than “homosexual persons”?

Whate evidence is there that every man experiences or can experience sexual attraction to women? Clearly their body suggests they should, but how do you know they can?

Separately, another thread has opened up by “catholic1seeks” asking “why am I gay”. You might like to participate in that thread as your perspective will be quite unique.
 
It seem clear that consensus here is that the Church is correct to accept the “homosexual person”
based on self-identification. Should the Church be even handed and show the same respect to all
types of “self-identified persons”?

Why is only the “homosexual person” recognized by the Church?
