The Divine Liturgy is prayed in English, but if there are any immigrant families in the parish community there might be some responses sung in Arabic, Slavic, Ukrainian, etc.
When Sts Cyril and Methodius made their historic trip to bring Christianity to the Slavs, they invented an alphabet to communicate in writing. The saints were also brothers and are noted for introducing literacy and Christian literature to the Slavs in their own language.
Some church communities might schedule English (for example) at a different time from Divine Liturgy in a native language (such as Ukrainian). It depends on the parish needs.
It depends on the community.
