The vernacular of the faithful is used. If a parish has a great number of non-English speakers is may not be in English, or not in English each time.

It depends upon the parish. The Ruthenian Church allows, Church Slavonic, Ukrainian, English, Spanish. I know at least two other slavic languages are allowed in specific parishes.

Our parish uses English almost exclusively.

The Divine Liturgy is prayed in English, but if there are any immigrant families in the parish community there might be some responses sung in Arabic, Slavic, Ukrainian, etc.

When Sts Cyril and Methodius made their historic trip to bring Christianity to the Slavs, they invented an alphabet to communicate in writing. The saints were also brothers and are noted for introducing literacy and Christian literature to the Slavs in their own language.

Some church communities might schedule English (for example) at a different time from Divine Liturgy in a native language (such as Ukrainian). It depends on the parish needs.

It depends on the community.

PS

If you are looking to obtain/purchase a prayerbook that contains the text and clergy responses of the Divine Liturgy of St John Chrysostom and Liturgy of Pre-Sanctified Gifts, you can find used copies on EBay reasonably priced. You can also purchase new text publications from the Byzantine Catholic Seminary’s Bookstore in Pittsburgh.

The UGCC churches here in Calgary serve at least two Divine Liturgies every Sunday, one in Ukrainian and the other in English.
