Is the entire world already "Christianized" significantly?

Would you say that the entire world has already been Christianized to a strong degree, and not just because Christ died and rose, but because of the spread from the West of a monotheistic faith which appears with errors in Islam, and by the spread of our lifestyle, the “Westernization” of Asia? Of course there are also direct converts sprinkled everywhere or in concentrated Eastern pockets like in the Philippines. But I’m looking at the non-Catholic and non-Protestant religions or spiritual philosophies globally. Have these people been changed by Judeo-Christian presence either strongly, weakly or not at all? Similar to how the bible says:

For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the believing wife; and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the believing husband: otherwise your children should be unclean; but now they are holy. (I Corinthians 7:14, Douay-Rheims Bible, Challoner Revision)

The entire world has been changed by the Catholic Church, primarlily, from the concept of hospitals and caring for the sick to higher education, not to mention the works of charity toward people of all faiths.

As far as the kingdom of God being preached to all the world, I think that is something that will have to be done until Christ comes again. America has become a mission field once again. We are in a spiritual battle and must continue that battle until Christ comes in victory.
