Is the Eucharist Christ's resurrected body?

Is the Eucharist Christ’s glorified, Resurrected Body? If so, what is the difference between Christ’s Body before the Resurrection and His Body after? Why did Jesus institute the Eucharist before the Resurrection if we are receiving His body in a different form than His earthly Body? Thank you for you assistance! Our Lord has only one body. At this point it is resurrected. At the Last Supper, His body had not yet been sacrificed. But it was the same body. Jesus instituted the Eucharist the night before He died in anticipation of His passion and death. His Eucharistic body is the same body that died and resurrected. What is different about the Eucharist is that His body is in the form of bread and wine. The Eucharist in the form of wine demonstrates that He died, since a body that is separated from its blood means that it has died. The Eucharist is the sacrament of His passion.

When we look at the altar and see the chalice separate from the host, we recognize the death that He suffered for love of us. We then give thanks for His love as our Redeemer and we worship Him, acknowledging that He is God.
