Is the Mass invalid if the priest does not wear a stole?

Hi in my parish one of the priest does not wear a stole just an alb and chasuble does this make the mass invalid?
 
Hi,

He is obliged to wear a stole for administering all the sacraments. But the wearing of it is not required for validity.
