Hi there, Neil W here father of many… I am in a Isaiah/Jesus group on Tuesday mornings, and today Isaiah 49 vs 16 “See upon the palms of my hands I have written you name”. A very comforting expression of our Lord’s. I then stated to the group, that Jesus said " you will not be snatched from my hand by the evil one". I don’t know where I read that, but I am sure I did. Can anyone help me out?? Where in the gospels did Jesus say that.
Or am I just 50 yrs old and losing my mind. Thanks in advance for your knowledge, better than mine. peace nsw

Hi Neil,

No, you are not crazy. In John 10:28-29 we read: “I give them eternal life; they will never be snatched away from me. The Father who gave them to me is greater than anyone, and no one can snatch them from the Father.” Some translations say ‘steal’.
Some also actually say ‘hand’.

Hang in there. As for doubting your memory, at 50 you ain’t seen nothen yet!
