Hi,
Help me out here. Compared to you guys, I am an uneducated illiterate. That view is my own, of me. I am a bit embarassed to be here, but, will state what I think is correct from an experiential point of view.
First, there are many Eucharistic Miracles. At least three of them happened to priests who did not believe in the physical presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. I am sure those three priests believe now.
Second, why doesn’t it happen just as the Protestants say it does,…for them? Do they have the permission and authority from Jesus to have Jesus respond and become present in the bread formerly known as bread and to be present in the wine formerly known as wine? If they do not, then why is it not precisely as they say? It is representational, not Him.
Third, every story, even one I know of concerning the Eucharist and Jesus’s Real Presence there, is about a Protestant lady, who went to Medjugorje at The Holy Spirit’s request. She was shown the true presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. In her case, everyone there asked her if she was seeing something. She denied to the other onlookers that the Eucharist was white, glowing, and that there was a separate glow coming from the statue of Mary to the right. Mary said to her, something relating to now that you know, you also have to know about me. When she came back to the States, she let many of us know of her experience there and some others with The Holy Spirit.
Jesus, cautioned the Apostles and the rest of us, to be not overly concerned with those who know less than others. He did this in Mark 9:38-42. He had some stern warnings about the experienced and the educated correcting those who knew less, by force. We, are allowed to answer only. With that and all other gifts and prohibitions (out of love), in place, Let me say this:
"What is, IS, in my experience. The Eucharist, only existing in the Catholic Church, is quite, probable. It seems this may be what God is telling us, and, all the other Christian denominations, when they, for some reason, say it is done, only, in remembrance of Him and is not Him, as the Catholics say. Why would God, through the Holy Spirit, not, prevent them, from a grave error? If he is, is it wrong for them to tell the truth about their last supper worship? Is it wrong? If it is not, let us accept what they do as it is. It is representational, while the Catholics have the authority and power from God to turn bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. This authority was given by Jesus. Protestants, stole religion under the guise of Catholic errors. They then gave themselves the authority. God did not. He does say that a person only needs to believe, essentially, just a little, to be saved from the Biblical definition of Death. He further goes on to say, through Jesus, through The Holy Spirit through Paul, that God chooses who believes, not us. "
So in my opinion, the Protestants are correct, their bread and wine service done in love (worship) for the deeds and love of Christ and His Father and His Holy Spirit, is, representational, only. I am sure God likes, loves, and, approves of their actions. Remember, you who know much are prevented from angering them by Mark 9:38-42. I am also. I can and you can as you have so well done, respond with your reasons.
I hope this helps, you may have already stated this, in other words, and for that I am sorry if you did. I need it simple and if it is not, I don’t understand, so I might have projected that you did not say this when in fact you eloquently did so.
