Is the Sabbath on Saturday or Sunday?

I need a clear explanation of why we changed the sabbath to Sunday when it wasn’t at the order of God. According to the SDA’s in Gal. 3:15 Nobody may modify a covenant once put into effect, and the church cannot change the laws of God. According to the SDA’s, Acts 20:7 and 1 Corinthians 16:2 one should understand that they do not order nor even suggest that God’s commandments be modified in any manner whatsoever, nor is it possible for any man to do that anyway. If no man can do that then why did we?
