They are not listed in the Diocesan website for El Paso.
Their page states they are a lay organization.
After reading some of their titles of posted articles, I’m guessing no.

Generally, they should have some sort of mention on their Diocesan website as working under their auspices.

They don’t appear to be, but I could be wrong. 🤷

The priest mentioned on that page has apparently been suspended by his diocese. Beware of that group.

The priest was accused of laundering $40K of parish funds thru a construction company to give the money to his family. He was offered a non-administrative position but and was looking for offers but, he either did not get any or did not accept them nor the position his diocese offered him. It seems as though he started his own foundation and some of the laity attend his meetings. It would be nice to pray for him.

Here is the video I liked: youtube.com/watch?v=g7hky3WOJjM There is nothing non-Catholic in it and he relies on information pre-Vatican II. It’s actually very nice and I found it super helpful. The reason I found it so helpful is that for years I have been working on improving my appreciation for penance and sacrifice and he adds a key that helps me. The key is the view that we eat and do the things we do to be able to do what God wants us to do; not for the pleasures of the things in themselves and we pray with our bodies and how this benefits the soul. So, we eat to live but we live for God. Provided in the videos are excellent quotes of the saints and of non-body penance and sacrifice, e.g. Saint Francis de Sale on the mortification of the tongue.

Peace.
