Is the seal of Confession binding by the priest on anything said in Confession?

I thought anything discussed with a priest in Confession is bound by the seal of Confession. My husband seems to think that if in the confessional I ask the priest to pray for my intention regarding my health, that the priest is not bond by the seal of Confession and he can discuss it with other people.

I thought anything said in the confessional the priest is bound by the seal of confession.
