Is the Serbian Orthodox Church under the pope?

Is the Serbian Orthodox church in the United States part of the Catholic church under the Pope? Here is a Serbian Orthodox church I recently saw stjohndenver.org/.
 
Dear friend,

If an eastern church is called Orthodox, then is it not under the pope. If an eastern church is called a Catholic Church of an eastern rite, then it is not called Orthodox.
