Dear Apologist,
I was listening to one of your shows recently and they were discussing creationism and how Catholics can believe in the symbolic nature of the story rather than the literal.
So I wondered about the Fall, as well as the rest of Genesis? I was under the impression that Genesis is a writing style based on symbolism more than anything literal.
So how am I view the rest of Genesis? How can I reconcile the story of the fall with a non literal view of creation?
Thank you,
Paul
