I don’t know. There are still some US territories that have no cases of the virus, and other places that are fairly remote and unpopulated and don’t have many cases.
As for other countries, I’m pretty sure Masses are still going on in Mexico, where the leadership of the country seems to be ignoring the potential looming disaster. I read where Juarez diocese suspended Mass but not sure about others.
