It probably depends on what aspect of Nazism you’re referring to. In terms of it being fascism, I doubt it. But in terms of it being a tactic of terror, I’d say it is. I’m not aware of the German Nazis doing a lot of suicide bombing, but they were masters of terror. They appealed to a strong sense of national and racial fervor, but for those on the outside of their national/racial structure, life was a terrifying experience, usually culminating in liquidation, often at the hands of next door neighbors.
