A single theory is not a scientific discipline, so I’d think not.

You could, however, major in biology and concentrate in the theory.

Or, at graduate level, pursue a thesis on specific aspects of it.

Yes, good point above. Biology is the answer, and I don’t think you’d be able to progress far in any direction without confronting evolution and its evidence - no need to immerse yourself in one corner of biology in order to study it.

Yes. It’s called biology

Or Physical Anthropology, for evolution as it is considered to apply to humans. Most universities have such a major.
