Is there a patron saint for the conversion of Muslims?

I was just wondering are there any known saints we can pray to intercede for the conversion of Muslims.
 
One possibility is St. Francis of Assisi who once visited a Muslim sultan. Legend has it that the sultan told him, “If all Christians were like you, I would convert.” Another possibility is Our Lady of Fatima. Fatima is the name of Muhammad’s favorite daughter, and the town in Portugal at which our Lady appeared was named for a namesake of Muhammad’s daughter who converted to Christianity.
