Is there a patron saint of self-discipline?

I’ve searched online for this, but haven’t found a good answer. Which saint (or saints) is commonly known to have unwavering self-discipline? Is there a patron saint of self-discipline? If someone needed an example of self-discipline, which saint could they read about to encourage them?
 
I’m not sure anyone, even a saint, has or had “unwavering” self-discipline. Saints are human beings who had to overcome faults and persevere in the faith. Rather than look for a saint who never fell as a model of self-discipline, I recommend looking for a saint who fell but kept getting up again. Possibilities include St. Peter, St. Mary of Egypt, St. Augustine, and St. Benedict Joseph Labre.
