Is there a saint who led a bad life as a child and then pursued a vocation of Christian marriage? I know there are tons of saints who led horrible lives before becoming priests and nuns, but is there a saint who someone can pray to who led a bad life but wants to pursue married life now?

Unfortunately, there are not very many saints and blesseds who were married laypeople. The Church has been correcting that in recent decades, but, to date, the married laypeople the Church has canonized or beatified mainly led upright lives all of their lives. One notable exception to the general rule is Jacques Fesch, a 20th-century Frenchman who murdered a police officer, and who experienced a profound conversion during the years before his execution. He was also a married man who managed to reconcile with his wife during his time in prison. He did not have the opportunity to lead a normal married life with his wife, but that might mean he would be an even greater intercessor for others seeking to live out a marital vocation. He has not yet been beatified, but a cause for his canonization has been opened.
