Is there a special prayer/ritual/Novena for prayers answered?

I’m still in (happy!) shock over a prayer that was answered today. Being new to Catholicism, I wondered if there is any sort of prayer or Novena or something as a special ‘thank you’ to God for this?

There’s no special prayer/ritual/novena that i can think of… but just say thank you everyday…
Thank God in the morning and at night and many times in between.

maybe say this litany.

The Prayer
“Thank You God”
For all You have given,
Thank You God.

For all You have withheld,
Thank You God.

For all You have withdrawn,
Thank You God.

For all You have permitted,
Thank You God.

For all You have prevented,
Thank You God.

For all You have forgiven me,
Thank You God.

For all You have prepared for me,
Thank You God.

For the death You have chosen for me,
Thank you God.

For the place you are keeping for me in heaven,
Thank You God.

For having created me to love You for eternity,
Thank You God.

PRAISED BE GOD THE FATHER, AND THE SON, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT NOW AND EVER AND FOREVER! AMEN.

Thank you, Joseph, that’s beautiful!

I did immediately say a ‘thank you’ prayer when I got the news, but just wondered if there was anything specific that Catholics do for this.
