Is there a St. Mackenzie?

Not that I can find, either as a first name or last. The name is Irish Gaelic and means “fire-born; son of the wise ruler” (source). Kenzie, on the other hand, is a feminine name of Scottish origin and means “the fair one” (source). If you are considering the name “Mackenzie” for a child and are asking your question because of the Catholic tradition of naming children for saints, you could choose Mackenzie as a first or middle name and pair it with a saint’s name. The child could then ordinarily be called Mackenzie.
