Is there a taboo against getting married on Sunday?

Is there a rule or a taboo against getting married on a Sunday afternoon?
 
No. But because most parishes cannot accommodate a Sunday wedding into their already full Sunday Mass schedules, it is unlikely that a priest or deacon will agree to celebrate a Catholic wedding on a Sunday. That is why most Catholic weddings ordinarily are held on Saturday.
