Is there an obligation to confess details of sins which you are not sure are important?

I have heard that there is no obligation to confess someting you are not sure is sin. This especiatelly applies for scrupulos people. Is it same with details of sin? Do you have to only confess them when you are sure they matter? Do you have an obligation to confess details of sins you have already confessed if you are not sure that they are relevant?

Tell the priest what is on your mind. If he needs more info he’ll ask.

just confess the sin and the number of times you remember. no need for big elaborate stories. God already knows your sins, he wants to know if you’re sorry for them.

You never have to give details unless the priest asks for details. Keep it to general kind and let the priest ask you if he needs more details.
