Is there any dispensation for nurses missing Mass on Easter?

I am a nurse working nights and I have to work all easter weekend from 7 PM and dont get home till about 8:30 the next morning My church (and all other local churches) do not have a early vigil mass saturday. thus getting to church will not be resonible (our masses are about every two hours) Is there any dispensation for reasons like this? A lot of catholic nurses I work with beleive or have been told there is.
