Is there any special psychological techniques from the monks to abstain from carnal temptations?

Chasity/Purity Of mind, body and soul is a big goal. Love of God and having fellowship w Him is tantamount! Chasity,etc is next. What is your vocation? God has a plan for us. We are to find it. A religious is to be chaste. A single person is to be chase. A married person is to procreate. If we weren’t obedient, our species would die out. Your sperm is not a god. Nocturnal emissions happen in sleep.No conscious thought about it.
In aged times before science, in ignorance, the value of sperm was overrated. The bigger sin then was to have sex w an animal. NO SEX W ANYTHING TILL MARRIED. Then, Chasity w Faithfulness. Women are allowed to enjoy romantic times w husband. No cliterectomies.
Old trends are horrible.
If you plan to marry, do it soon. Those little blessings can run fast! Age difference, assuming you can find one willling, is better not to go lower than 15 yrs difference.
God give our thoughts merit to be Your words for this sin of yours.

I don’t have a special dedication in the ministry(ministries)
The services were different.
Yet my heart lies with the severity of the dissipated energy.
The disadvantage is that in this age people already harvest crops in different fields of human potential.
In my heart lies the desire to join the movement Pro-life. Past omissions in one’s life can only be compensated by encouraging the movement to live in the lives of others.
If you have not yet been able to reproduce the children yourself, you can try it with the help of others.
All the more so because we have in the country de-population, mortality and emigration exceeds the birth rate.
In this ministry, you can make up for your lost past and help others create the future.
 
The army, by the way, can be the eternal-life-saver. I think that some young men who died in the war that is going on in our country - saved their souls.
I see often in the news chronicle, the pictures of these young men who have gone into eternity.
To give the most precious life for your country are much more elevated than vulgar sinful life contentment.
But also in this question I lack neither belief, nor confidence, nor courage.

I don’t think hypersexuality is a gift from God. It is a temptation of Satan. Procreation is important. Hypersexuality is an overstimulation of the necessary. A partner chosen, may not have the same rhythm as you. If procreation is the goal, would you still need sex after a pregnancy is achieved? In marital love, there is a spiritual treasure, in the joining. We’re not body parts to frequent.
Part of sexuality is the psyche. Your culture, your readings lead you to hypersexuality. Other readings can be found to temper urges for your wife. I’m not a man( no kidding), but there is a Balance. Everything in life is a balance.
The hypersexuality as a gift, bothers me. Any (name removed by moderator)ut guys???
Lord, lead us to Your Holy thoughts. Lead us to Your perfect will.

Maybe you’re right.
Well, all we are given to curb it as a wild field for a diligent and not lazy farmer who needs to plow.
Maybe someone got even harder burden.

In fact , I was wrong when I said that with age nothing changes.
There are changing of course, the psycho-sexual and physical preassure is not something that in my youth, and it is obvious.
When in the morning you have a little physical activity, and in the afternoon you go to a language school and in the evening training, you after that just do not want anything.
Yes, it’s true, with age, impulsivity decreases, but the influence of the Spring after the Winter is still sobering to awakening.

At the theoretical level, this is understandable, but in practice it is very difficult.

I have found in YouTube Muslim consolation(sublimation) It’s understandable now that all those poor and unfortunate militant dzhigits(warriors) often do not value their lives because they tuned to the future life.


Of course the image of the virgins is vulgar and low, but the Christian sublimation should be something real, present, and for sure truthful.

But the Muslim attempt of explanation of heaven does not exclude the idea that in heaven prepared for us(even not in general sense but in individual sense) something- “the best”
…“To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it.” (Revelation 2:17)

I am puzzled by sublimation at the practical level. For as far as we know in Heaven we will “acknowledge God” and not be comforted by carnal pleasures.

For the ancient monks the objective of gaining control of their thoughts was to reach Hesychasm; a state characterized by peace, calm, rest, silence, and deep inner solitude; necessary for the spiritual contemplation of things and beings, and the understanding of God, but in our modern world, in densely populated locations once you go out willy nilly, you already see around you a lot of temptresses.
As Xerri points out: “The elders noticed that holy thoughts led to a peaceful state, the others to a troubled state”, but the quintessence of the beautiful creations is that they ask for them to be watched with one’s presence. It is a feast for the eyes, a range of pleasant delights.
For the ancient monks, the indispensable means of guarding the heart is paying close attention to thoughts and discerning between those which are good and healing, and those which are a source of distraction or obsession.
Many times I just allowed myself to simply look at girls and get a boost of energy as from flowers or exciting music.
With them simply it is not recommended to talk, but not to look like at flower and not to smile is simply impossible, it is not allowed to look only at the erotic places of the girl’s body.

Thank you for your advises and prayers, I really feel them.
Аnd about the ability to hear the voice of God, I haven’t even reached the level of novice student,
it sensitivity often drown out the voice of God and I often wandered in the desert of life.
