How can anybody convince me that there is a God? as I cannot see one, hear one, feel one or have been lucky enough to have experienced a vision. I just don’t know what to think.

Not a god, ONE GOD and he loves you beyond measure.
Study your Bible and get to know Him. Try to get to Adoration and listen with your heart.
God bless.

When I look at the cross, I understand that if God came, that’s probably what would happen.

To me, it instantly makes sense in that way, and has since I was very young.

Hi what are these demonstrations the a church or churches use? Where can I read or see them? Regards Jason

That’s not our job. It is up to you to recognize God and be thankful for all the gifts He has given you.
as I cannot see one, hear one, feel one or have been lucky enough to have experienced a vision. I just don’t know what to think.
Who gave you life? Do you really think that you came into being and have all the wonderful abilities that you have as a result of random accidents?

No, but there’s a God. Proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation are important. Proper nouns are upper case in English.

I really don’t know that’s why I am asking the question. When I look at plants and planets I think about there must be a God but not when I think of humans so much.

What do you mean by Church, when you say intelligent design?
I do not know the Catholic Church does this.
The Catholic Church has, however, been a center of science.

Proof as in logical proof.
But I don’t think the 5 ways were meant to be proofs but ways of understanding who God is. Thomas Aquinas believed that Faith is a Gift and as such God cannot be known with pure logic.

Thomas Aquinas came up with a pretty convincing argument for why a Creator God exists. Basically there needs to be something that came first, otherwise you could keep asking “what created that” over and over forever. This Prime Mover, or First Cause, is God.

Think about the fact of existence.
Then think about the fact of ordered existence.

Think on these things.

Also, http://abcnews.go.com/Technology/computer-scientists-prove-god-exists/story?id=20678984
This shows the axioms in the ontological proof are true.

A common “proof” is that
A) Things that start to exist are caused
B)The Universe started to exist.
C) The Universe has a cause.
To put it shortly.

But I truly think contemplating on existence and being is enough

Thank you for your comments. It makes good sense. Do you believe everything in the bible even if God is true as it was written by man?

I cannot see a black hole, or hear one, or feel one, or even have experienced one in a vision. Does that mean that black holes do not exist?
