Thre are these 2 twins that I used to go to the same school as that I am a little scared I look at homosexually. I would consider it more like looking at a baby and saying he/she is cute than a “hot” girl and saying she is cute. (I did sexually some but prior to my last Confession).
Did I commit a mortal sin of homosexuality with this?
I’m having a bit of trouble understanding your question, so let me try to break it down.
You’re a cool catholic guy

, so I’m assuming your a guy, and the twins are also guys. You think they are “cute”, and are worried that this might be a sin of homosexuality.
I don’t think you committed a sin by merely looking at them and thinking they are “cute”. It could be something totally benign, such as maybe you want to be friends with them.
Hormones at this age can sometime a positive urge, such as simply wanting to be friends with someone, and make it feel weird or sexual. I’m only eight years older than you, and even my hormones are still over active at times.
At this stage, God just wants us to live chastely. This means more than not having sex before marriage. It means developing healthy relationships with God and other people to help us resist the temptations of sin! Maybe instead of worrying about whether the twins are “cute”, get to know them and maybe become friends with them.
Teenage hormones can rage, but, this is most important advice a priest ever gave me:
Don’t beat yourself up! Simply trust in God, and do your best, and make use of the sacraments when needed
