This is an addition to one of my previous threads.
Back then when idk what was going on with my conscience, I thought that (in relation to my context) that asking for advice was sinful and I still proceeded to ask for advice despite thinking this. The advice I received has solved my moral dilemma since then. So I’ve been uncertain whether it would be sinful to use the advice, and whether, after I confess this sin, I have to pretend I never received the advice at all otherwise I’m not truly sorry for the sin.
Is this a genuine concern of sin or a scruple?
