I have been praying to St Therese for quite a while now, I had met this wonderful girl & we dated for a period of time & I was heart broken when it ended, it ended on good terms & I’ve sought the intercession of St therese every day since
Last week we spoke for the first time in a friendly manner & we’ve been in sporadic contact since, this morning I go online & see that she has liked a photo of the relics of St therese, i because I believe this to be a sign however I am scared that if I reach out she will dismiss it can I ask for guidance please

If it is a sign, then is it intended only for you or is it for others also?

The fact that she liked something online is not a sign.
Talk to her if you want, but don’t depend on what you perceive as something that is a sign to guide you. God answers prayers or he doesn’t. He doesn’t send signs, he is not a vending machine of wishes.

Continue to pray to St.Therese and to God. Your answer will come when it comes.

You might pray for the courage to reach out and not to be hurt if rejected. That can be tough, though! Although St. Therese was known for specifically seeking out humiliations, including making a point of interacting with one of the sisters who disliked her, so if you’re setting yourself up for possible interpersonal awkwardness, St Therese may well be the #1 saint to rely on in this case.
