Is this a sin against the Third Commandment or not?

I am 76 years old and own my own home. My Brother-in-Law lives in my upstairs appartment and works 5 days a week. He has a vegatable garden on my land which he gardens on Saturday and Sunday. He also mows our lawn. Is this a sin against the Third commandment?

Hi,

Since he works all week, it sounds like the only time he has for gardening is the weekend.
Such activity can be recreational for some. If this is the case, then I don’t see any sin. But he ought to do the heavier work on Saturday. I assume that he is attending Mass on Sundays.
