Is this allowed by the Church?

I own a Red Scapular and Green Scapular they are falling apart and I can no longer wear them since these were blessed and are sacramentals I usually leave them in my room besides my bed and say the prayers instead.

My question is will I still receive the graces promised by them if I can no longer wear them but still say prayers with devotion daily?

I add the prayers to my rosary is this correct and allowed by the Church?

You can add whatever prayers you want to the Rosary.

The Green Scapular does not have to be worn.

I don’t know much about the Red Scapular, perhaps you can look it up online.

It’s a private devotion, and thus, there’s not too many rules. Be at peace. You’re fine.
Is it the Scapular of the Passion?
There are a couple of different red scapulars.

When a sacramental wears out, it may be disposed of by either burning or burying them. Just buy a new scapular and have it Blessed.
