Since I do not know who said that, or where, or in what context, there is little that can be said. It sounds like someone thinks that the conception of Christ in Mary’s womb means that women can be priests. But the statement is theologically inaccurate. Mary did not “[turn] the Spirit of God into the body and blood of Christ.” The Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary and by that action was Christ conceived in Mary’s womb (cf. Luke 1:30-35). The Incarnation was not accomplished by Mary’s own power but by God’s power at work within her.
