Ok, Here’s my question. Would appreciate any feedback…
Is it proper motivation not to sin because you don’t want to keep confessing the same nasty sin to your Priest over and over? Or, is that just a healthy byproduct of confession.
For along time, I ve fallen into a sin that can turn into a habit. This means that I need to confess it every time I go to confession. I find that if I tell myself that I don’t want to commit the sin because I am tired of confessing it over and over, it turns into motivation to avoid the sin.
Does this make sense to anyone?
Thanks…****
