Is this sinful for seniors?

Is it sinful for a widow, 75+yrs and a widowor, 80+yrs both catholics, both having been married to their deceased spouse 50+yrs and where sexual intercourse is physicial impossible and who have deep feelings for eachother, but marriage is not on the table; to touch one in an unappropriated manner during moments of expressing their feelings for each other.
 
Dear friend,

If two people are not married to each other, they have no rights over each other’s bodies no matter how young or old they are. Marriage matters and its absence matters.
