What I mean, brothers, is that the time is short. Look at the worldwide population explosion over the past few centuries. Look at the rate of technological advances over the past hundred years. Look at how much our culture has changed over the past hundred years. Is the world in the midst of a gigantic revolution? Will the world of tomorrow be less corrupt and miserable than the world of today? Do we have social amnesia when it comes to our past (last several hundred years)?
