De_Maria:
This link says Uriel is the angel that presides over hell?
No, it doesn’t. It says “some apocryphal sources claim that he is God’s regent over Sheol/Hades (i.e. Hell).”
Why is that a “no, it doesn’t”. Wouldn’t “God’s regent” over Sheol/Hades (i.e. Hell)" preside over those places?

But what about Byzantine Catholics?
Under the link I posted to the Directory on Popular Piety 2001, under Those To Whom the Directory Is Addressed #5 it says “The operative proposals of this Directory, which are intended solely for the Latin Church and primarily for the Roman Rite”.

Therefore I assume it is not addressed to Byzantine Catholics -as they are Eastern Churches, though they are in full communion with the Pope in Rome.
