Is it contrary to the church’s teaching to utilize your own body to determine your ailments, weaknesses or strengths? Reflexology teaches to use either your hand or foot to map out your internal organs to test for weakness. I have been taught to ask my own body if how many vitamin, mineral or herbal supplements my body would like me to take. Is asking ones own body or having another person well versed in reflexology against the church’s teachings? If so, why? Our body tells us we are sick by fever, aches, pains, rashes etc. Why would it be wrong to look to our own body to resolve our health issues?
