Is Valentine's day a holy day of obligation?

Is Valentine’s day a holy day of obligation? Do we need to go to Church on Valentine’s day? If it is not, do Christian Celebrate Valentine’s day?
 
Hi,

Valentine’s day used to be called St. Valentine’ s day. It is a memorial in the Roman Calendar and not a major feast. Madison Avenue has made it a money maker. It has become a secular obsession where it has little to do with holiness.
