the big problem is so many of us are worried about being good Americans first rather than being good Catholics first.Yes. Abortion is our sin. We allow it to happen. We find excuses to vote for pro-abortion politicians.
We could put an end to this grisly murder of the innocent, but we have other fish to fry.

There are two proportionate reasons for rejecting a Republican’s bid for election. Both the United States and the world are a mess. Mr. Bush is responsible for both messes. The first president ever to claim de facto infallibility, Mr. Bush tells us that, in decision-making, he follows his instincts after praying over the decision and talking to God. He admits no mistakes–how could anyone who has a direct link to God make a mistake!
In his 2nd administration he received more divine inspirations which did make both the country and the world even more messy.
Do we really want this type of “Apostolic Succession”?
