Is what I've done sinful?

Okay to start the day this happened I was having multiple sexual thoughts and I couldn’t get it off my mind. Then I went on Twitter to the college fessions page almost wondering if they were still posting explicit pictures. I feel bad but I stopped right away and got off the page. Would stopping it cause it to not be sinful or be sinful?
