Is yoga demonic or no?

This is correct.

If one is doing Yoga as exercise and stretches, there is nothing wrong with that.

And there is nothing inherently evil about certain body positions.

One cannot be worshipping a Hindu deity without intending to worship a Hindu deity.

That is simply absurd to think that one could be doing this unintentionally.
I repeat what I said about Ouija, you are playing and unintentionally you can get a demon!. You have the right to say it is absurd, but this is the nether, the hidden world, not the scientific world. The world Satan domain, the prince of lies. He is always hidden!. They are hundreds of testimonies which support what I am saying. You are free to believe.

Can we agree that there is nothing in a particular posture which can invite a demon into your body, unless one is intending to do so?

If one places her body in this position, it’s an invitation. In a different position, it’s not. Again, this sounds like superstition.

You cannot invite a demon through a position of your body. You cannot worship a demon without intending to.

As for Ouija, if you are asking a spirit for advice, then that is indeed harmful.

If you are attempting to conjure the dead, beware!
If you are stretching and balancing, go for it!

It is not an issue of one position or another. Yoga has a global plan in order to awake the serpent you have inside, in other words, to alter your state of conscience.
Generally speaking, the danger of yoga is for people who have very little knowledge on the Philosophy behind. If they like to practice, they try to go deeper (maybe an hindu instructor), and then without realizing, is when they are following a strict plan to alter his conscience. It’s just in that moment when you are opening the door to occult powers. This is the reason I say “yoga, no thanks!” It’s better no to play with a dangerous weapon!!

There is no serpent inside of us, comecome, if we have been baptized.

I think that if you were more invested in your Catholic faith you would understand how very little power an exercise of stretching and relaxation would have over you.

They are hundreds of testimonies which support what I am saying.
If you actually read those testimonies, you will find that the vast majority had beliefs in the occult in the first place. The ouija board was just one of the tools they used to get there.

Oh my God! You take my statements out of context! Of course there is no serpent inside of us!!! As I told you this is what yoguis, gurus and seniors yoga practitioners said!
I repeat what I said before, and it is the same you can read in the articles in jmanjackal.net/eng/engyoga.htm

It is not an issue of just one posture but an alignement of postures directed by an esoteric person (by the way, a large percentage of yoga monitors are esoterics!) with the goal of alter your conscience. After twisting your spine for years, you get something like a spine eyaculation, you lose the control of a part of your conscience.

So again, catholics wouldn’t practice Yoga, maybe they like it and seek to improve, to go further! Then the true danger comes. Then you are opening the door to the occult power! This is why I am writing this here, spending my time with you, I want to alert, to warn about the risks of being directed by an esoteric person or a yoga guru.

Adding:

Most yoga books come with some kind of “warning label.” Usually, teachers of yoga instruct their students that yoga is a process, in which a student must be conditioned to continue advancement. Yoga beginners are warned that only the most seasoned practitioners should attempt certain types of yoga. There is a reason for that. Inviting powerful spiritual energy into an unconditioned and unprepared body [or spirit] can leave a person insane.

At the end yoga’s postures have a spiritual goal. The position of the body is important for them because they claim they are spiritual points of energy on the body. Some of these “spiritual points” were the head, mouth, chest, navel and the genital area. You had to sit with these areas open and unblocked. The hands needed to face upward and out. The physical positioning, chanting and emptying the mind was done in order to open the body up to receive greater spiritual energy. The ultimate purpose was to become as close as possible to the Supreme Being. The easiest position for achieving this state is called in yoga, The Yoga Lotus. Speaking from the experience of having once practiced this position, it does work. You are left with feelings of euphoria. At that time, people thought they were receiving spiritual energy from God. But don’t be wrong! and no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light - 2 Corinthians 11:14

I’ve been using yoga exercises/stretching for three decades, and qi gong for about 5 years, to keep my spine aligned. Unlike many my age who are overweight, crippled, having heart attacks, etc., I’m doing butterfly kicks and kick-ups and going to martial arts getaways where I work out up to 16 hours per day. Not bad for a guy who first discovered spinal damage three decades ago…And I’m a practicing Catholic, unlike three decades ago.

You know, when the word “mantra” appears is really when the red light must be on! I know the case of people invoking demons in their mantra and only after several exorcism sessions become liberated!

This mainly happens with Kundalini Yoga and with more probability if you are directed by a yogui. This is what they are looking for.

man·tra
noun \ˈmän-trə also ˈman- or ˈmən-\
: a sound, word, or phrase that is repeated by someone who is praying or meditating
: a word or phrase that is repeated often or that expresses someone’s basic beliefs
So by definition, repeating the name of Jesus, as many do in prayer, is a mantra.

Repeating Hail Mary’s or the prayers in the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, involve repeating a mantra.

I am talking about some of the mantras that the gurus give to the pupils. This is the context we are moving.

Don’t know any mantras that gurus use for yoga exercise and never saw an instructor use them in the style I know.

The only thing you can do during the exercises is breath. It is exercise after all.

I can tell you the case of a very good Catholic person who decided to improve with yoga and decided to go to India to live with a guru for a year. When he came back he was a very strange man who believed in UFOs and joined to a satanic group. Just with the help of his friends and a lot of exorcisms from a very experimented Indian priest, he could be healed. His mantra was just an invocation to a demon!

There was obviously a lot more going on with this guy than yoga.

That was him and his faith was probably nil to begin with.

Just being a Catholic doesn’t mean you have faith in Jesus Christ.

The mantras a yogi would give to a pupil is probably ohm, which means nothing other than providing a focal point for one’s attention.

However, this is yoga meditation, not yoga exercise where no mantras are said, at least in the style most Americans like myself do.

Like I said, just breathing, as in all exercise,. except it’s controlled breathing because the flow is slow compared to conventional calisthenics.

I’ve only practiced Kundalini yoga once just to try it out, and the person leading the class was a guru. This is entirely different from the “yoga” that most westerners are familiar with. I’m in it for the exercise, and the physical exercises associated with Kundalini yoga are not anything that adds to my existing routine. While I personally don’t believe in the spiritual aspects associated with Kundalini yoga, I generally don’t recommend this particular type of yoga for others.

I can ask to a friend who know this guy to write the complete testimony. In the exorcism sessions the demon revealed his name and nature!. Please do not minimize the power of the nether world!
If you read my previous posts I wanted to show the risks of going further with yoga. A large percentage of yoga’s monitors are esoteric and could design a program yoga intended to a spiritual goal.

So, all the Hindu’s in India are demonically possessed ?

Also, I don’t want third hand information from your friend who apparently has had spiritual issues of his own to deal with.

I have a good understanding of the process of demonic possession from a Catholic exorcist,

A person must surrender their will to a demon and not just meditate focusing on a word.

People with faith in Jesus Christ have little to worry about and would never go for meditating on anything or anyone other than Him.

Christians meditate to come closer to the Supreme Being, so I don’t see why anyone wanting to come closer to God would be a bad thing.

You’re paranoia doesn’t make Yoga exercise demonic or from the occult.
