ISIS vs Christ (RT Documentary)

I was unsure of where to put this but I figured this is the best spot.

The documentary is about a year old and centers on ISIL’s kidnapping of 21 Christians, 20 being Egyptian and one Ghanaian Christian… in Libya. ISIL subsequently murdered these 21 Christians after kidnapping them. The above video interviews the family members and friends of those 20 Christians… What struck me about the video was the almost daily comradery between the Egyptian Muslims and Christians. I was moved by the Christians in the video who talked about forgiving and praying for ISIL, that ISIL sees the error of its way and repents. I was moved by the Muslims of Egypt who were saying things like our brothers were killed by ISIL and that in Islam taking one life is like killing all humanity. In the video we see these beautiful Church’s in Egypt, where its almost as if the Churches and Mosques are side by side…in peace and harmony with each other.

ISIS wants a fascist state where all religions except Islam are vanquished. They commit genocide to achieve this. They stand in direct opposition to the message of Christ. They are like the Nazis who were trying to vanquish the Jews. Both Muslims and Christians need to stand against ISIS.

thanks for posting that documentary. very good. I was glad that Egypt and its president cared about the Christian martyrs and considered them equal as Egyptians.

Agreed^. I also see a lot of similarities between ISIL and the Third Reich.

Agreed. I think its an important documentary for both Muslims and Christians to watch. I also like how President Sisi of Egypt consistently talks about how Egyptians are Egyptians regardless of their religion.
