Hi

Next from the OP.

Let it be known that most Muslims and Christians believe that Jesus (on whom be peace) went alive to the heavens; both these people have believed for a long time that Jesus (on whom be peace) is still alive in the heavens, and will sometime in the latter days come down to the earth.

The difference in their views, i.e. the view of the followers of Islam and that of the Christians, is only this, that the Christians believe that Jesus (on whom be peace) died on the Cross, was resurrected, and went to the heavens in his earthly body, seated himself on the right hand of his Father, and will come to the earth in the latter days for judgment; they also say that the Creator and the Master of the world is this **Jesus the Messiah and no one else; he it is who, in the latter days of the world, will descend to the earth with a glorious descent to award punishment and reward; then, all who will not believe in him or his mother as God, will be hauled up and thrown into hell, where weeping and wailing will be their lot. **

But the aforesaid sects of Muslims say that Jesus (on whom be peace) was not crucified, nor did he die on the Cross; on the other hand, when the Jews arrested him in order to crucify him an angel of God took him away to the heavens in his earthly body, and he is still alive in the heavens - which, they say, is the second heaven where is also the prophet Yahya, i.e. John.

Muslims, moreover, also say that Jesus (on whom be peace) is an eminent prophet of God, but not God, nor the son of God, and, they believe that he will in the latter days descend to the earth, near the Minaret of Damascus or near some other place, supported on the shoulders of two angels, **and that he and Imam Muhammad, the Mahdi, who will be already in the world, and who will be a Fatimite, will kill all the non-Muslims, not leaving anyone alive except those who will forthwith and without any delay become Muslims. **

In short, the real object of the descent of Jesus (on whom be peace) to the earth, as stated by Muslim sects known as Ahl-i-Sunnat or Ahl-i-Hadith called Wahabis by the common people - is that, like the Mahadev of the Hindus, he should destroy the whole world; that he should first threaten the people to become Muslims and then, if they persist in disbelief, massacre them all with the sword; they moreover say that he is alive in the heavens in his earthly body, **so that, when Muslim powers become weak, he will come down and kill the non-Muslims or coerce them on pain of death to become Muslims. **

**Regarding the Christians especially, the divines of the aforesaid sects state that when Jesus (on whom be peace) comes down from the heavens he will break all the Crosses in the world, do many a cruel deed with the sword, and inundate the world with blood. **And, just as I have stated, these people, i.e. the Ahl-i-Hadith etc. from among the Muslims, are enthusiastic about their belief that a short time before the coming down of the Messiah there will appear an Imam from the Bani Fatima whose name will be Muhammad, the Mahdi.

**He it is who will be Khalifa and King of the time, and as he will belong to the Koraish, his real object will be to kill all non-Muslims except those who readily recite the Kalima. **Jesus (on whom be peace) will come down in order to help him in his work; and although Jesus himself (on whom be peace) will be a Mahdi - nay, a greater Mahdi - yet, because it is essential that the Khalifa of the time should be a Koraish, Jesus (on whom be peace) will not be the Khalifa of the time; the Khalifa of the time will be that same Muhammad, the Mahdi. **Muslims say that these two together will fill the earth with the blood of man, and they will shed more blood than has ever been shed before in the history of the world. **

**No sooner will they appear than they will start this bloody campaign; they will neither preach nor plead, nor show any sign. And they also say that although Jesus (on whom be peace) will be like an adviser or a lieutenant of Imam Muhammad, the Mahdi, and although the reins of power will be in the hands of the Mahdi only, Jesus (on whom be peace) will instigate Hazrat Imam Muhammad, the Mahdi, to massacre the whole world and will advise him to adopt extreme measures, i.e. he will make amends for the humane teaching which he had given to the world before, namely, ‘not to resist evil,’ and, being struck on one cheek, ‘to turn the other cheek also.’ **

And this is what you call a religion of “peace”?? No wonder Hillaire Belloc called Muslims “fanatical and bloodthirsty”!

They’re not allowed to think, period!

That’s what it seems like. I’ve yet to see a convincing intellectual Islamic argument.

I’ve seen heaps from Catholics - many that have challenged me to think very hard. None from Islam.

Nope, you are wrong there. Any Christian who worships Mary as God is committing the mortal sin of idolatry. If they die without repenting of this grave sin, they will receive punishment and no reward.

We’ve told you this over and over so please correct your spam.
will be hauled up and thrown into hell, where weeping and wailing will be their lot.
Correct, any who don’t worship Jesus, knowing that He is God, will go to hell.
John.
Note that they believe this with no substantiation, or verification. Mohammed produced no miracles to prove his inspiration from above. All he did was speak and many believed. This is called “blind faith”. A condition which you admit, the Quran abhorrs. But that is the only condition under which one may believe the Quran, since there is no evidence for its veracity.
Muslims, moreover, also say that Jesus (on whom be peace) is an eminent prophet of God, but not God, nor the son of God, and, they believe that he will in the latter days descend to the earth, near the Minaret of Damascus or near some other place, supported on the shoulders of two angels, and that he and Imam Muhammad, the Mahdi, who will be already in the world, and who will be a Fatimite, will kill all the non-Muslims, not leaving anyone alive except those who will forthwith and without any delay become Muslims.
Apparently, Osama and many other Muslims are trying to get a head start on that deal.

It is a shame. Can you imagine their horror when God’s Angels come and throw them in the fire. Because that is what will happen to those who believe in false prophets like Mohammed and the Mahdi.
He it is who will be Khalifa and King of the time, and as he will belong to the Koraish, his real object will be to kill all non-Muslims except those who readily recite the Kalima. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom. Remember that Paarsurrey. Begin to tremble at the might of God who will send His Angels to spread His wrath on all those who don’t believe in His dearly beloved Son, whom He sent to die on the Cross for our sins. That means for Muslim sins as well. But Muslims don’t care and God will spit them out of His mouth.

Sincerely,

De Maria

To make the claim that Islam is peaceful is to ignore the facts. The Koran is replete with exhortations to violence and Muslims are at war…worldwide with all other religions. But forget what their holy book says, it is their behavior that is important. If you try to discuss their religion with them the subject always goes in the same silly direction. A muslim will say that the Bible has many violent texts, especially in the OT. Pointing out the difference between words in a book and actual behavior is ignored or they will point to that well known “Christian” who bombed the federal building in Ok City. If Islam is peaceful, please show some evidence…please…please.

i guess catholics are smarter than muslims

HI paarsurrey, its been a long time.

Are you still up to this?

The problem you have is that you are not really a Muslim.

Mainstream Islam considers you and your people heretics. Hence you are mistreated by them. You know this.

I’ve warned you of this before… a long time ago, when you try to teach people that islam is peaceful what religion do you think they are going to join? Not your sect… they will join mainstream isalm… the Wahabi sect. So you will have been successful in creating one more enemy for yourself. Are you feeling suicida?

HI 👋

I know… i missed this place and all of you.

:extrahappy: :grouphug:
Good to have you back on deck, but i dont know if you have noticed, Paarsurrey’s account is under review. He either needs to stop cutting and pasting the same of rehashed stuff, or find some new things to cut and paste…
Anyway, good to have you back

Hi

No, that is not correct, only a misconception.

Kindly quote from Quran, where it specifically mentions for Catholics to kill them. Muhammad relations with the Catholics/Orthodoxies were good.

Thanks
Surah 5:51

Mahdi Gras
you have a thread titled the future of Islam or rather.
the short answer is “the Mahdi is the future of Islam”
Most of all muslims agree that he’s the descendant of the Prophet from his Daughter Fatimah (a) and that he will appear near the end of time to restore justice and and equality to the world.

Sunnis believe he is yet to be born, hence opportunists like Mirza Ghulam and others falsely claimed to be him. Shias believe he is alive and hidden from people’s eyes until the God orders him to reveal himself. His ancestry is as follows
Muhammad (s) —> Fatimah (a) —> hussain (a) ----> Ali (a) ----> Muhammad (a) —> Ja’far (a) —> Musa (a) ----> Ali (a) —> Muhammad (a) —> Ali (a) —> Hassan (a) —> The Mahdi.

According to traditions, at the time of his appearance, Islam would have been changed so much that all people would think he is bringing a new religion and a new message. The people who will fight against him will be primarily the Arabs and Muslims. Through his hands God will fulfill the promise and make Islam superior to all other religions.

We always pray that God will hasten his return. In fact in the month of Ramadan we are encouraged to pray for him on every night of this month, below is an excerpt.

O Allah, send blessings on the Custodian of thy commandments, the vigilant Guardian, the reliable Patron, the awaited Justice, surrounded by Thy favorite angels, assisted by the Holy Spirit.

O Lord of the worlds. O Allah, send him to call the people unto Thy Book for establishing Thy religion, and make him succeed in the earth, as Thou caused those who were before him to succeed, and establish for him his faith which Thou has approved for him, and give him in exchange safety after fear. He serves Thee. He ascribes nothing as partner unto Thee.

O Allah, give him power and authority, and through him strengthen the people. Give him the necessary assistance, and through him support the people, and make him prevail over all. A final decisive victory, and delegate him Thy controlling authority.

O Allah, give currency to Thy religion, and the way of life of Thy Prophet, through him till nothing which is just and genuine is kept concealed from any human being.

O Allah, we ardently desire that in [his] kind, just, and fair era, Thou should reactivate Islam and stimulate its followers, and humble and humiliate the impostors and their double-dealing, and include us among those who invite people unto Thy obedience, and lead them to Thy approved path, and give us the good of this world and the world to come.

O Allah, let us bear out and hold up that which Thou maketh known to us as the truth, and let us be fully aware of that which we fall short of doing.

O Allah, through him, set in order our disorder; gather and unite our flock; stitch together our sundered separation; turn our want and poverty into sufficiency; lift us up from our degradation; free us from our misery; pull us out from our debts; help us to get out from the ditch of cares and sorrows; fill the gap created by confusion among us; let our difficulties be easy to deal with; refine our substance and style; untie our ropes and straps; let our efforts succeed well and secure success; make us fulfill our promises; give answers to our prayers; listen to our requests; cause us to obtain the good of this world and the hereafter; give us much and more than our expectations, O the best of givers and bestowers; and cleanse our hearts, unburden our emotions from hate and anger, and, in the event of dispute in the matter of truth, show us the right path.

Verily, Thou guides whoever Thou will to the right path. Let us, through him, get the better of Thy enemies and our opponents, O True God. Be it so

O Allah, we feel uneasy about and are disturbed by the departure of our Prophet, Thy blessings be on him and on his family, the absence of our guardian-friend, the abundance of our enemies, our numerical scarcity, the widespread disorder, and the changing of times upon us.

So send blessings on Muhammad and on his family, and help us to overcome this state of affairs at once.

Disperse the ominous clouds hanging over our heads; lend a helping hand to achieve success; bring in the rule of justice and fair play; make us bright, free from grief; and take care of us. Through Thy mercy, O most Merciful.

thats a misconception propagated to mock and make fun of the belief in the Mahdi. To answer your question, he lives like any of us, he sees us but its also possible we see him and even interact with him but not recognize him.

In Surah 12 of the Quran we read the story of Joseph (a) who was thrown in the Well by his jealous brothers, found by a caravan and sold into slavery to a wealthy governor in Egypt, many years later he became a man of authority in Egypt and saw the same brothers who threw him down the well in his youth, he recognized them and knew who they were but they did not know who he is until he revealed himself. Likewise the Mahdi may be known to some people but his true identity will come out when he reveals himself.

Actually that story was written many, many centuries before by the Jews before it was copied into the Quran.
