She is making an analogy. She means that if we want to confirm something about Islam, we should go to Islamic sources and not just Islam-bashing sites or materials. Fair enough.what on earth are you talking about?

Perhaps I should have just written: Ask those who know.what on earth are you talking about?
Ok Manx and Maryam i see. however in this case i must disagree. the “experts” are the ones who twist and avoid issues to put a positive spin on a negative thing. its hard to know who to trust on this issue. all you can do is trust your own opinions, your own experiances and your own understanding. However, nothing sways me from the fact the Christ and Christ alone is the way the Truth and the light. no one gets to the Father except through Him. His paradise is ours to have if we earn it, through love and service and devotion. I pray you will find a conversion, come to the Catholic church. The True Church. Christs Church he started from the beginning. the Son of God. no man, no prophet no king no one other than God himself inspired and began the Catholic Church. Please come home. we are here to help you and point you in the right direction. you will know Gods love and His peace that He has to offer to you. He awaits for you with open arms. Turn away from falsehood, false prophets, false idols, false books. find truth! find love! find peace! Just go to Him. I say this not to antagonize you, but as a prayer for you.Perhaps I should have just written: Ask those who know.
Why does USCatholic think people who reason would listen to his version of Islam. He obviously is not a Muslim. He even claims to know more than a Muslim does. If people were to be objective, and they really want to know stuff about certain issues, they’d go to the “experts” of that issue, would they not, rather than to detractors of the issue?
that’s what i am talking about
Maryam V.
I used to work in Saudi Arabia. Boy ! They treated me like a kingChristian workers are being killed in Muslim countries, no one that has watched the news in the last 6 months can deny that, truck drivers, soldiers, missionaries, reporters, camera men, photographers, red cross workers. the list goes on and on and on. while i dont particularly care for USCath’s methods, he has a point. unless God himself told me to go to Saudi Arabia, or another Muslim area of the world, no way in heck you would catch me over there. my life would be in danger the minute i got off of the plane. 1. i am a woman, who no matter what i was told, would not be wearing a sheet and covering my hair. 2. i am a Catholic (Christian), and thats rather obvious from the necklace of the crucifix, medal of Mary and scapular i wear. and 3. im an American. automatic target. you cant deny these things. they are facts. Islam hates what is not Islam and seeks to destroy it. wether those who commit the acts are extremists or not, its what the koran or quaran says.
